About the Study


As part of its foundational development, ReengagEd Adult Learning Academy is launching a future-facing study that explores the application of the F.A.I.T.H.E.S. framework in adult education. This framework, centered on faith-based, inclusive, and transformative learning, will serve as both a guiding theory and a practical model for shaping learner-centered environments. The study aims to understand how this approach can support adult learners by affirming their identities, fostering growth, and building stronger communities through education. At its heart, the research underscores ReEngagEd’s belief that learning should heal, empower, and uplift—one learner at a time.
